San Gines, Arrecife

Once the sun goes down it masks the stinking sespit and junkie hang out of San Gines. Although it didn't smell too bad this evening,  I opted to stay at the far end rather than up by the pool which always appear to be full of empty beer bottles, cigarette butts and what looks and smells like sewage.

Arrecife fair

Went out to the fair the other night, as the last fair we had here back in January was massive and had loads of huge rides, but I did not take the camera last time.  So I went down to see what was at this one... well one big ride only and almost just like a kids fair but anyhoo took a few snaps whilst I was there.

Los Hervideros

So I went out today down the south of the Island, took the camera (although the weather was naf) to originally go down to Playa Blanca to the harbour.  However the wind was strong it seemed a perfect opportunity to veer off and go to Los hervideros instead.  A volcanic rock formation which when the wind and tide is high creates huge crashing waves and sprays.  The tide wasn't high and it wasn't mega windy but enough for a few shots.  I will go again in the winter and hope for bigger spray.

Stonehenge UK

Not Lanzarote but I took these on a recent hols to the UK. It was the dullest day ever in England, Perfect for Landscape shots!!
